group has either got to be outright stupid, or active participants in an
on - going criminal enterprise intended to not only defraud the
planet, but to also pull the wool over
peoples eyes by diversion
of reality.
In this, postmodern scientific era,
people need to be regulated, because as individuals, and as
groups, they are risk factors to themselves, to each other, and to the continued survival
of the species and life
on the
planet.
