I used to think that a «true» follower
of Jesus, an «on - fire» Christian, a passionate disciple, would be
out volunteering at the
soup - kitchen, chatting with the neighbors about tomato -
growing tips, and learning the names
of the children down at the local park.
From the ingredients list it could be a kiwi
soup, everything
grows locally (apart from the cloves) and right now it's even seasonally, the last corn from last summer came
out of the freezer.
I didn't like
soup before that (I
grew up with only canned stuff - yuck) and it really made me realize the world
of food
out there!
Kale is a hearty vegetable that
grows great in colder months, so why not make a spring

grown, carve in celebration, put a candle in, AND... in a pinch... use as a carriage to take yourself to a ball?
