I would walk into my 12 hour
night shift and hit the ground running with very minimal time to read charts or get more than just a basic report highlighting only the life and death stuff (which, I
guess is the most important).
damn it... it looks like i will not be able to addopt to keto atleast for two years... i work only
night shifts, i do martial arts before my
night shift, i feel sore for days after my training so i
guess im creating all kinds of cortisol in my body, will have to come back to keto after i will change my job... thanks for explaining everything!
