So the start of September I'm now in
the gym everyday walking and skipping 30 minutes morning and night, the last few days I've noticed my thighs looking bigger!

gym, don't underestimate the small things you can do in your
everyday life to stay fit, like taking the stairs instead of the escalator, or taking a
walk in the park.

walking 30 - 45 mins
everyday and joined
gym where I do cardio exercise aerobics classes twice a wk, yoga once a wk, and ab exercise.
Recently I have stopped doing extra
walk which i used to do after
gym everyday as told by my instructor.
