Even though the sports I am currently
working with are high strength and power dependent and therefore require a
lot of time, energy, and effort from the athlete in the weight room, most
of their training time is spent outside the

lot of women would relate to this too — even though you are faithful about going to the

I tend to
work a
lot so going to the
gym is out
of the question.

lot of professional bodybuilders perform volume training, but when you have anabolic steroids doing a large portion
of the
work for you outside
of the
gym, practically the slightest form
of stimulation will
work.
However, there are a
lot of people who don't have the time to
work out on a regular basis and there are many more that don't have the money to spend on an expensive
