I love consumer Internet, and software, and technology, and six or seven years ago, I was going to SoulCycle and fellow spinning chain Flywheel and noticing I
work harder in those classes than in an average
gym workout.

work or likes to walk, I encourage you to add some higher intensity sprints of 30 seconds or less to your
workout.
Relax with a glass of red wine after
work and it will strengthen your heart and muscles just like a
workout at your
gym.
