A delicious Scorpion and
Habanero pepper sauce made with roasted red peppers, garlic, lime, and mustard.
The only peppers I had on hand were jalapeno, so I roasted 2 of those and threw them into the blender with Cholula and Melinda's (
habanero pepper sauce) and the other ingredients.
I don't think any of the chips I sampled captured the fruity, fiery aspect of a good Caribbean
habanero pepper sauce.
