I had great experiences breastfeeding my two kids.
Even though I've already done it once before and
had a great experience breastfeeding my first child, I plan on studying up again this second time around.

Talking to friends and family members who
have breastfeeding experience is always a
great place to start when you need
breastfeeding help.
I find myself writing about
breastfeeding a lot, because that's what I know, and I'm massively positive about
breastfeeding, and if my
experience can help someone that
'd be
great, but I
'd never judge someone for not
breastfeeding.
Training systems are a
great idea, but we need to make sure that voluntary groups and
breastfeeding cafés, which
have experienced staff, are kept going.
She
has nearly two decades of
experience working with lactating mothers,
has sat for the international lactation consultant exam twice, and
has fewer
greater joys than encouraging mothers, advocating for their rights, and working through challenges in effort to optimize the
breastfeeding couples
experience.

having someone tell them that their baby
had a
great latch.
In fact, I was more anxious after that
experience but not necessarily because of
breastfeeding but rather it was a group that attracted families that felt frighteningly «crunchy» to me at the time (no lie, I
'd probably fit in
great there now).
Nursing is now one of the many awesome aspects of my life, which is
great, but I
've been warned that many
breastfeeding parents
experience a second depression around the time of weaning.
Even someone who
has breastfed her own may
have some
great tips and advice for a new nursing mother, but if you're really
experiencing problems with
breastfeeding we
would encourage you to ask for an IBCLC.
There's a

Water Duty is a
great job for someone who wants to help you during the first week or so, but doesn't know exactly what to do (like a partner or MIL who
has no
experience with
breastfeeding).
I
had a
great breastfeeding experience overall, but whenever I
had to pump I hated it.
By 18 mo postpartum, all obese women
would experience a net weight loss relative to their prepregnancy weight, but
breastfeeding as recommended
would result in a net loss ≈ 1.3 kg
greater.
