I made this carrot cake yesterday evening and I've just
had a slice for breakfast — it's the most delicious carrot cake I've ever had..
At this stage of my pregnancy (35 weeks), I tend to get heartburn at the end of most days, but the two nights in a row
we had these slices for dessert, I did not get the dreaded burn.
