I then added 1/4 honey and 1/2 cup
Lakanto all natural zero glycemic sweetener (sold on amazon) it bakes exactly like sugar yet there is NO spike in blood sugar and zero calories.
Lakanto is a newer brand that users monk fruit to make delicious sweetener alternatives!
I only had the brown version of the coconut sugar, so I substituted with
Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener.
Add in raw cacao powder, collagen or bone broth powder, and
lakanto / coconut sugar and combine together.
Bonus points for slathering these with some butter or ghee and drizzling on
some Lakanto syrup.
I like it in my coffee better than swerve but still use swerve in baking cakes because I think it is cheaper but
the lakanto is better for baking cookies where I have found swerve's coolness to interfere.
Can Stevia Extract be used in place of
the lakanto?
Adding flavor will be to your taste, if you use
Lakanto, it can be used in the same measurements as white sugar.

I'm diabetic so I tweaked this recipe and replaced the honey with
Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener Golden (Golden is more like brown sugar, found on Amazon, and is mostly Erythritol with some monkfruit), using 1/3 of a cup, 1/8 cup of water, microwaved until sweetener is dissolved).
Let cool a few minutes in the pan and then serve with your favourite low carb pancake syrup (I used
Lakanto).
