I just processed them for a few seconds to get the consistency

To date, I have made this twice, and each time only made one substitution: Almond meal in place
of the bread crumbs.
Their texture is hard to replicate without the use
of bread crumbs, but a mixture of almond flour and Parmesan cheese stands in quite nicely.
