sesame butter — are an essential part of my diet.
Another substitute for the peanut butter might be
sesame butter, aka Tahini sauce.
Try sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, flax seed, and tahini (a tangy, nutty
sesame butter that tastes great in replacement of mayo and salad dressing).

sesame butter instead of almond butter.

So, this tart: imagine a buttery, slightly chewy
sesame seed crust with velvety, cacao
butter and cashew - based chocolate and matcha layers on top.
As variations, you can add cocoa nibs, dried coconut, dried fruit, hemp hearts, maca powder,
sesame seeds, toasted rolled oats or quinoa flakes, different grain puffs, chia or flax seeds, and various nut
butters.
If you are allergic to peanuts, try using almond
butter, or tahini (

I buy
sesame seeds that are already toasted, but if yours aren't, you can simply roast them in a pan with a little
butter or oil on low to medium heat.
