Today for breakfast I had a tofu / egg / green chile breakfast casserole: Lunch was split pea
soup with ham and a garden salad Dinner was a taco salad
with a sour cream and taco sauce dressing
On that note, I have always been left without an appetite when considering traditional split pea
soup with all that
ham in it - and even without - it always seemed oversalted and bland.
