You're going to want to use a food processor or
hand blender so you can smooth out the squash and potato into a smooth puree.
(I use
a hand blender so clean up is easy).
I absolutely love this recipe, I do not even own
a hand blender so trying to whip up all these recipes that call for one by hand has been disastrous.
