The expense ratio is the blue plot lines with reference to the right
hand side axis.

On the left -
hand side of the piece, just above the central
axis, appears to be a disturbance in the water.
You've read from the
axis on the right
hand side of the graph.
It never ceases to amaze me how much importance mankind has been willing to give to a (now bogus) graph that shows a left
hand side Y
axis that is less than.6 degrees in scale (showing.2 degree increments).
By the way — the IPCC Summary for Policy Makers has a graphic that has on the left
side concentration of CO2 and on the right, the RF in wats / square metre — the right
hand axis is shown as linear.
