For a salad... Toss a few
handfuls of fresh spinach with vinaigrette.
I especially love this quinoa Salad over a couple of
handfuls of fresh spinach with a squeeze of lemon and a dollop of homemade hummus!
Example (what I did today): Used butter beans (didn't have great northern); added
a handful of fresh spinach with the carrot; added a garlic clove; a few onion slices (in place of scallion)-- crushed up crackers in place of breadcrumbs....

handful of fresh spinach stirred in towards the end would up the green colour and go nicely
with the other flavours.
The recipes uses a full 1/2 pound
of baby
spinach, and a large
handful of fresh parsley, so it really is packed
with greens.
If dinner wasn't already sorted I would be making a batch tonight If I wanted to include a few
handfuls of fresh spinach do you think it would taste best added near the end or sauteed
with the onion?

handfuls of fresh spinach leaves, cleaned and chopped 1 banana, peeled and cut into slices 50 ml natural coconut milk
with no added sugar or flavourings 50 ml rice milk
with no added sugar or flavourings 1 tablespoon agave syrup a squeeze
of lemon juice 2 - 3 pinches vanilla powder dark chocolate shavings, for -LSB-...]
It is sweet tasting
with hidden greens -LCB- a
handful of fresh spinach! -RCB-.
I tossed a small frozen banana into the blender
with a small avocado, one pitted date, a few
handfuls of fresh spinach, and some coconut milk.
I added a
handful of baby
spinach and a little
fresh thyme while the eggs were cooking, too... very yummy
with a little homemade hot sauce on top.

fresh) + 1/2 cup sprouted grain cereal (link so you know what to look for)
Green Smoothie ingredients in my freezer: previously
fresh bag
of spinach or kale from which I remove
handfuls and stuff in the blender; flax seeds; unpeeled lemons quartered and tossed in a ziploc bag (much easier than juicing and freezing cubes, etc.); bag
of mixed berries (I find if I put those in the blender first I'm not dealing
with raspberry seeds in my teeth); peeled bananas tossed in a ziploc bag.
