I think they know we wouldn't let anything
happen to them but
at the same time they know the
puppy could hurt them.
Hi I'm really worried about my 22week old
puppy, after her walk yesterday we noticed her left pupil was alot larger than the right one and she has blue eyes but the colour almost disappeared aswell, and it looked red and swollen, we thought she'd maybe got something in her eye as it did return back to normal after a short time, then the same thing
happened twice again after her walks today, I took her to see a vet this afternoon
at the time Bella was and looked perfectly fine, and she looked in her eyes with a torch said everything looked ok and that she didn't have any ideas and come back if I got a photo of the eye then charged # 40, but after googling the symptoms it seems it could be a number of things, im not very confident in going back to this vet, and im worried sick.

There are scores of rescues and shelters who could
at least attempt to rehome
puppy mill animals but it won't
happen unless we act to shut these operations down and stop this disgusting business from taking place.
It's possible that commercial breeders are breeding baby
puppies for direct sale to rescuers, although again, if that
happens at all I suspect it's rare.
At the same time, completely boycotting getting
puppies from stores makes me wonder what would
happen to the
puppies if they are not bought, and I also think that there will always be people who would rather buy a «new»
puppy from the store rather than saving one from a shelter, as sad as that is.

We couldn't figure out what was wrong with her and she ended up having extensive diagnostics - CAT scan, bone biopsies - but most likely what
happened with this
puppy is that she hit her head
at daycare, just playing around, and ended up having a bone infection in her skull from just a little bit of roughhousing trauma
at daycare.»
