to do better research on those from whom they purchase their puppies.

pet owners can end up baffled — but realistically, it comes
down to an issue of non-compliance.
Much like our own aging process, we can't stop the changes from
happening, but we may be able
to slow them
down and decrease their impact on our
pet's quality of life.
