You want to decrease phytic acid
in foods you consume as much as possible because it impairs the absorption of a number of minerals, including
zinc, calcium, and iron (although it's to be noted that the impairment only
happens during that meal, not at subsequent meals).

in years i recommend you try a few days of
zinc and see what, if anything,
happens.
These symptoms tend to
happen most often
in the presence of
zinc deficiency, because as I just said, these two trace elements compete with each other for absorption.
