When you get the right nutrition and liquid into your body, then you are going to be
happier going to bed at night and readier to wake up in the morning.

The fact is, my child screams for 30 minutes before
bed if I hold her and rock her
to sleep (ending in tears for both of us after three false starts, 1 hour of
night time sleep, and me
going to bed at 8 pm for the 2nd MONTH in a row) or if she's SAFE, WARM,
HAPPY, WELL FED (from the breast, I might add) and surrounded by the company of her favorite little animals in her crib.
At seven months old, our daughter now generally
goes to bed without a fight and often sleeps through the
night, and the whole family is much, much
happier!
They make me feel
happy when I
go to bed at night and even though you sent them
to me as Garnet Hill Kids, we adults love them, too.
Their humans tend
to do best when they
go to bed at the same time every
night and wake up around the same time while dogs can adapt their sleep cycle
to whatever activity is happening; but, they do need
to work off their energy each day
to be
happy dogs!
At night when her foster mom is watching TV or reading, Chard is
happy to lounge around on her dog
bed or will
go into her crate on her own for a nap.
It's about a new game, where your authentic strengths, values, and passions are contributed daily
to a worthy cause, and you
go to bed at night exhausted, yet
happy — satisfied with what you accomplished that day.
Feed hungry babies, wipe up spills, exercise patience, calm squabbles, clean, cook, organize, get the laundry washed and put away, doctor's appointments, school activities, baseball, football, soccer games, plan celebrations and holidays, decorate for parties and seasons, bake cookies for school events, buy and wrap presents, hugs, kisses, storytime, grocery shop, clothes shop, fix boo - boo's and owies, bring encouragement, pray, comfort hearts and wipe tears, make
happy memories, play games together, care for them when they get sick in the middle of the
night, change diapers, bathe the little ones so they're fresh, clean and smelling sweet, tuck them into
bed with prayers
at night, get out the door
to go to church with hair combed and shoes on, tell them you love them
to the moon and back, sit, listen and look into their eyes and savor their sweetness... and a million other things!
But, I'm so
happy we no longer have
to climb stairs
at night to go to bed.
