adoption... it is hardly the norm or the majority and even (some of, if not most of) those
stories have
happy endings.

I'm always
happy to see positive
stories in the media, but feel that they leave a lot out, and sometimes I can't see how these folks would be able to have successful open
adoptions without some major arranging.
I wish this
story had a
happy, ever - after ending, but four months after Tanner's
adoption, he had a severe series of seizures over a weekend and had to be euthanized.
In 2012 we have had so many amazing
adoption stories and have shed so many
happy tears.

I understand those people needed an outlet to vent, but everyone I know in my local
adoption community has
happy stories, and we are certainly one of them.
