I have no doubt that our environment affects our sense of well being because this mama was not happy about stepping over things to get ingredients to cook for dinner.

Makes my mama heart happy, especially since I'm sure I'd forget these things if I hadn't written them down!

I've also noticed that boy's voices (and doggie barks) are SO LOUD when you don't have much on the windows or walls and have hardwood or tile floors, too, so the more we can do to quiet things up a bit, the happier this mama is going to be.

It's the little things that keep mamas and their homes happy, healthy and safe!
