Open the can of coconut milk upside down so that you can spoon out
the hard cream on top.
You will only want to use
the hard cream on top for the whipped cream.

You can buy coconut
cream as is or I usually just pop a can of coconut milk in the fridge for at least a few hours (some brands need to be in the fridge overnight) and then scoop out the
hard white coconut
cream layer that sits
on top.
I recommend pouring some coconut
cream on top of the nice
cream and swirling it in, when frozen it has a lovely
hard smooth texture.
I didn't have the white corn (was
hard to find, but am going to use when I make it again in few days as I did finally find), used rotel, slow cooked chicken breasts only, half 2 % milk half whipping
cream (didn't have half n half), sprinkled the pepper jack
on top in individual bowls when serving (quite a bit of it) and crumbled in tortilla chips.
Obviously it is so important not to get sunburned, however, since it is
hard to know exactly how the chemical sunscreens affect developing bodies, my dermatologist suggests using physical sunblock (i.e. particles of zinc oxide or titanium dioxide that are suspended in the
cream, and lay
on top of your skin to form a literal physical barrier) for nursing moms and kids through adolescence.

When put with my wife's taco dip (basically
cream cheese mixed with home - made taco seasoning (Alton browns Taco seasoning # 19) with a bit of lettuce and tomatoes
on top) it was
hard to tell where the subtle crunch of the lettuce left off, and the chip crunch began (WOW)... They were a little lacking in flavor (which is actually an advantage if you want to add flavorings), but otherwise very good (can u say Doritos dust?)
