Great controls, great Storyline, the

music and have the talent, you can, if you want to draw and have a talent for it, you can, but if you want to make a
game you need art,
music and programming (and possibly writing), something which is
hard for one person to excel at, so you either need to pay for some parts of do it as a group, and it becomes more of a job than a hobby.
A rhythm
game lives and breaths on the songs available, and when you don't enjoy the
music that much, it becomes
hard to continue playing it.
