The England all - rounder was arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily
harm following an incident which left another man needing hospital treatment for facial injuries during a night out in Bristol, as reported by BBC Sport.
He had been convicted of causing grievous bodily
harm following this incident and ordered to be detained under MeHA 1983, s 37/41 (a hospital order with restriction).
