One of the biggest draws to an organic diet is the lack of
harmful pesticides in your food.

in confined conditions which has drastically changed
food production from the small local and sustainable farm model that the informed general population would want.

in our environment, hormones from
food, the birth control pill and air pollution.
Toxins are potentially
harmful substances we come into contact with every day — from
pesticides on your produce, pollutants
in the air, unpronounceable ingredients
in processed
foods, cleaning products, and even heavy metals like mercury and arsenic
in the soil, just to name a few.

That means saying goodbye to
food that comes from factory farms (if you eat animal products), conventional produce that is laced with
pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and other
harmful chemicals like Glyphosate, and choosing
food that is grown and raised
in a healthy, happy, sustainable way.
Harmful chemicals are found
in a wide range of products including plastic bottles, metal
food cans,
pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
