leg days, especially given that most guys and gals would kill to have the strong, jacked
legs of their fitness icons.

As I'm doing my winter purge I realize that I
hate ALL my tights and
leggings because I'm only 5 ′ tall, have short
legs even on that height body, and I spend all
day pulling them up or having them scrunch around my ankles.
