Both phones are IP68 rated, so can handle a large amount of dunking in water and being rolled in the sand - but the Sony Xperia XZ2 doesn't
have a headphone jack like the Galaxy S9 does.

has eliminated components
like the
headphone jack, that, for generations,
have been viewed as must -
have features in electronics.
Like I mentioned earlier, it's not perfect by any means — the controllers lack

've avoided using the Switch in tabletop mode because of its flimsy kickstand and bottom - facing USB port — but I'm guessing Nintendo will release new - and - improved hardware in a couple of years, as the company
has done in the past (think: Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS).
Like the S8 and S8 +, the S9 and S9 + are water and dust resistant and
have microSD card slots and
headphone jacks.
Along with this it
has add on apps
like the mini USB port, a 2.5 mm
headphone jack, a MicroSD card and a Duet navigator.
Also, for devices with Bluetooth functionality and / or a 3.5 mm
headphone jack or speaker, audiobook players
like Audible or Scribd can transform a basic e-reader into something that can be used in the gym or on a hike, meaning that sore eyes don't
have to get in the way of finishing a good book.
Now if only they
would develop a 9 inch model with a
headphone jack, expandable memory, and access to specific e-reader designed productivity apps,
like email, comic and pdf readers.
In addition to ports

like several other smartphone manufacturers,
has decided to get rid of the

headphone jack, meaning you won't be able to use wired
headphones, whether the Lightning - connector type or the traditional kind.

having «Essential» in its name, it missed a lot of Essential features

have been recently introduced with the notch design
like that in the iPhone X. Another missing feature from the iPhone X is the lack of a 3.5 mm
headphone jack.
On the audio front, Huawei
has continued the tradition of including a 3.5 mm
headphone jack, which ordinarily
would be a point not worth mentioning, but with other brands
like Apple, LeEco and Motorola doing away with the traditional
headphone jack, it seems to be worth mentioning as a feature.
