you have quinoa flakes which are similar to oats AND you have quinoa crispies which are the quinoa form of rice crispies.

have any coconut oil (I ran out 2 nights before due to a intense coconut oil hair treatment:P) so I just ended up leaving the oil out all together and made it an oil - free version!

've never tried this myself before for this recipe.

have any arrowroot so I just left it out:)-- I used pureed cooked apple in place of banana (I don't eat bananas!)
The crisp topping made with
