The next change I made was only slight, I just used
Frangelico hazelnut liqueur instead of the original rum and used a little bit more as I couldn't seem to taste it.
In each of two glass coffee mugs, add 1/2 ounce
of hazelnut liqueur (such as Frangelico), 1/2 ounce of Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey's), and one ounce of bourbon.

Chocolate hazelnut sauce 3 oz good quality dark chocolate 1 tbsp brown rice syrup 1 - 2 tbsp hazelnut liqueur
Cover the mixture with dollops of hazelnut spread then add a layer of cocoa powder and sugar mixed
with hazelnut liqueur and boiling water.
Notes: The hazelnut flavor of the custard is super subtle; if you prefer a stronger hazelnut tone, add an additional tablespoon
of hazelnut liqueur.
Beat in
the hazelnut liqueur and vanilla bean extract and the melted and slightly cooled gianduja and dark chocolate.

Immediately remove from heat and add the chocolate chips, maple syrup, and

Once melted, stir in the brown rice syrup and
hazelnut liqueur (2 tablespoons for a stronger flavor).
The measurement for
the hazelnut liqueur was wrong; it is supposed to be 1 tablespoon.
I can't have
the hazelnut liqueur but would love the hazelnut flavor.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and
hazelnut liqueur; bring to a boil and let rumble for 10 minutes, whisking occasionally.
