I rather like just a
head of
broccoli, simmered in really good chicken stock, blitzed
up and finished with extra virgin olive oil.
For this simple sheet pan dinner, I've paired Foster Farms Simply Raised chicken thighs with fresh
broccoli and sweet onions - you can either buy a large

broccoli at the local farmer's market or pick
up a package of florets when you grab your chicken.
I think I got a bit discouraged by some failures: the first

broccoli soup in any form is it is a great way to use
up less than perfect
heads of
broccoli.
Don't be afraid to use the
broccoli stalks, just be sure to chop them
up finely and cook them a little longer than the
heads.
I go to sleep the night before thinking about it, when I randomly wake
up in the middle of the night, it's the first thing that pops into my
head and I just flat out refuse to let my restaurant quality waffle maker sit unused in a corner cabinet while I eat chicken and
broccoli or some other «dinner» meal first thing in the morning.
