down at Padang Padang.
Ketut is
down at Balangan this morning and at 9.00 AM he was calling in
wave height at waist to
head high.
Well yesterday the 4th and after our 6.45 AM surf check on the Outer Reefs confirmed that
wave height was
down into the waist to
head high range between Kuta Reef and Airport Left.
By mid morning there were
head to double
head high plus
waves peeling off
down through Moneytree's.

down at Uluwatu also called through a surf report calling
wave height in the
head to double
head high plus range, clean off shore wind with around 40 surfers in the water.
Low numbers in the water
down at Balangan with
waves in the waist to
head high region with the very occasional bigger over
head freak set
wave.
The tide was still running
down at the time so Middle Reef was producing the best
waves at
head to well over
head high.
Davey from over at the G - Land Surf Camp also phoned through just before lunch time to call in
wave height in the double to triple
head high range peeling off
down through Money Tree's.
Ok this morning I
headed down to the beach at 7.00 am with
high expectations of seeing some big
waves hitting the Outer Reefs.
Today's G - Land Surf Report from our good friends at the G - Land Surf Camp was calling in
wave height to be breaking from Kongs
down through to the bottom of Money Tree's in the
head to almost double
head high class.
Davey has called in from the G - land Surf Camp calling in pretty much the same with perfect
head to well over
head high waves from Money Tree's right
down to Speedies.
And backing that up with this mornings 8.30 AM surf check on the Outer Reefs of Tuban to see some perfect 3 - 4 footers (
head to over
head high)
waves peeling perfectly
down the line on Kuta Reef.
We arrived around 8.30 AM to find
wave height even
down at Ulu was also only in the 1 - 2ft range with a couple of very few and far between
head high freak sets.
But anyway the rest of the crew just wandered back
down to Kuta Reef and were still satisfied to surf long and windy shoulder to
head high plus
waves.
This mornings surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing
wave height to have backed off
down into the waist to
head high range with the occasional bigger freak set hitting Middle Reef.
Sarge's G - Land surf report came through at 7.30 Am calling in
head to double
head high waves chowing from the top of Money Tree's and going right
down to the launching Pad.
On the 15th we were
down at Uluwatu just after dawn and were pretty happy to find
wave height hitting the
head to well over
head high class on the Temple and Main Peak sections.
There was still plenty of swell getting in
down there with
wave height a super consistent
head to almost double
head high.
Ok so Tuesday we decided after an early morning surf check on the Outer Reefs had
wave height
down in the 2 - 3ft range (waist to
head high) between Kuta Reef and Airport Left.
Even though
wave height has settled back
down into the 2 - 4ft (chest to over
head high) the last coup [le of days.
Today's G - Land surf report thanks to our good friends at the ever famous G - Land Surf Camp came through at 7.00 AM East Java time calling in
head to double
head high waves and the occasional triple
head high freak set peeling off
down through Money Tree's.
Today's surf check on the Outer Reefs here in Tuban was showing
wave height to have backed off back
down into a fun sized waist to
head high with the odd bigger set
waves hitting Middle Reef.
I was going to take a run back over to Serangan on the East Coast to shoot some more photos for ya's but after a friend phoned through to say that
wave height had dropped off from yesterday,
down into the waist to
head high region with the occasional bigger set
waves.
I can tell you
wave height yesterday was pretty small all the way
down the coast with Uluwatu the only real option for a paddle with
wave height in the waist to
head high class.
Ketut has gone for a run
down to Uluwatu with the camera equipment this morning and has phoned through calling in
wave height at 3 - 5ft (
head to double
head high) from Temple's through to the Racetrack sections.
