As luck would have it, I got a lovely
head of broccoli in my CSA bundle this week, so I'm going to try and recreate it on my own.

in a boiling pan containing about an inch
of water, and set them to boil.
I added florets
of broccoli before baking, which makes this into a cruciferous vegetable bomb when you consider the entire
head of cauliflower already
