heading to bed at 9:30 versus 2 or 3 am (this was when my sugar cravings would hit me the strongest and I now know my cravings were likely a symptom of my adrenal fatigue, as well as a few other issues that Dr. Vikki talks about more extensively in her article How To Cure Sugar Cravings... and by George, if she isn't right, I haven't had a craving for sugar in nearly 8 months, WOOT!)
Do it while you are drinking your coffee in the morning or before
you head to bed at night, but do it!
