Where I live in eastern Long Island, NY there are cauliflower fields all over the place and big, fresh, beautiful
heads of cauliflower at all the farm stands.

a head of cauliflower at the store yesterday.

of gnocchi instead
of 8 and I used an extra cup
of veggie broth
at the end to make the base a little thinner and I used a LARGE
cauliflower head instead
of a small one.
Just put the
head of cauliflower in the oven
at 400 for 20 minutes and enjoy!
Break apart a
