When you start to
heal your own relationship to food it is
really hard to ignore the
diet talk all around you!
And in this
healing process, I began jumping through so many
diets, I last resort came back to Ayurveda, which I had heard about, I had done an Ayurvedic consultation in India, but I didn't
really vibe with it because she was telling me I had to eat like all this ghee, and rice, and lentils, and these things that I was a vegan, so I didn't want to do that, especially as a raw vegan.
My son has severe eczema, which seems to be responding to the
diet; but he has such terrible flares (which could be reaction or die - off) that I am convinced that the intro
really IS going to be necessary to
heal his leaky gut.

really committing to eating a real food
diet after we

really, socially, a big barrier, and folks can feel
really afraid of how their family and friends are gonna respond to them using this

I'm not familiar with your candida treatment, but generally the Paleo
diet (and especially the autoimmune protocol) is
really good at
healing the gut and supporting the growth of a healthy diversity and number of gut bacteria (which is all to say, I think you can stop, but again, I'm not familiar with that treatment).
