diet seems like
too much right now, start small by cutting back on foods that don't support
healing, and include as many more natural, whole foods in your meals as you can.

diets if they truly needed to be on them, and especially if that the case with your doctors advice, but rather to remind us that we must not throw the grain baby out with the bath water, remove the almond flour as what's become the king of the GF craze, and
too look to the time when with
healing we can return to eating all the foods so wonderfully taught in Nourishing Traditions.

I was told when
healing the gut I should do an elimination
diet and cut all dairy out at first and grains except quinoa
too (I see some include raw dairy on candida
diets, does it just depend if you want to find what you react badly
too) but am guessing you don't necessarily have to be grain free to
heal candida or the gut.

For other people who are further along in their
healing journey, juice might spike
too much of their blood sugar, so they may want to bring more fiber into their
diet, and they may even want to experiment bringing in aspects of the ketogenic
diet including, perhaps, some animal protein.
That's going to help
heal it up faster and then evaluate the stress in your life because those muscle imbalances are from
too much stress, over-training in aerobic work, maybe sleeping poorly, eating a lot of that type of
diet, doing more than you can handle.
