The foods that do this best are nourishing, whole foods —

So I was just Melissa Ambrosini's podcast, she's amazing, and she wrote a book called «Mastering Your Mean Girl,» which is all about
like healing that, you know, mean girl we all have inside of ourselves that's
like calling us

When you remove toxic substances & add probiotics
like Kombucha and Kraut, not only do you get bouts of

At the end of it all, from my own experience, and reading the boards of what was happening to other people, I have come to these kind of conclusions; For some people, the path of eating heaps does not lead to metabolic
healing, all that happens is that they get
fat, and then develop a bunch of other complicating problems from the
fat gain
like, estrogen dominance leptin resistance insulin / blood sugar imbalance issues immobility and whatever else!
From a dietary perspective, if you are already following a traditional real food diet (
like this one), I would make sure to also include plenty of bone broth and gelatin for joint
healing, lots of saturated
fat from healthy animal sources, and antioxidant - rich foods to help reduce inflammation.
But,
fat is also required for the absorption of vitamins and a valuable source of fatty acids, nutrients that play a positive role in things
like healthy skin and coat, the
healing of wounds and even reproductive ability.
When people say «closed on it's own» does that mean that there's no
fat / tissue / anything raised up or can it be closed /
healed and still look
like a protruding hernia / skin?
