That all being said, even after the full - blown eating disorder was gone, my disordered relationship with
food and eating has taken a while to fully
heal, and has manifested in many ways (from late - night binge - eating hummus and carrots — LOL, to chewing 4 - 5 packs of gum a day, to the GAPS diet tho I didn't need it, to compulsive exercise every day), and while it is probably not 100 % there, I bet its hovering
around 97 - 99 %.
