As can be seen from Figure 1, this model of motivational and behavioral change combines aspects of several theories, such as Bandura's Social Learning Theory (Bandura et al., 1977), the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991),
the Health Belief Model (Janz and Becker, 1984) and the Transtheoretical Model (Prochaska et al., 1992).

The second process of analysis used the element of Social Cognitive Theory and
the Health Belief Model as an analytical framework from which identified themes were considered.
The focus group questions were based on relevant components of two theoretical models: Social Cognitive Theory and
the Health Belief Model [37, 38].
