health food stores where I live and getting them shipped to me would be
too expensive.
With regards to being
too iodine laden, I buy an inexpensive shaker of kelp at the
health -
food store of Main Coast brand's Sea Seasonings.

too many options
And, a person can figure out their «real» triggers this way
too, because there are just
too many added and hidden ingredients in
store bought
foods, even if you go to Whole
foods or other
health food type grocery
stores.
Almond Flour is in many
health food stores, and we have seen it at our local supermarkets
too, but the prices there can be steep as it's not as popular as everyday baking ingredients.
