healthy» fruit based things — juices, smoothies, dried fruit bars, granolas — in addition to whole fruit itself, and you'll likely find your
fructose totals quickly tally up to a potentially unhealthy level.

If you're going to use a sweetener, coconut sap is a less refined option
than agave syrup, which is hyped up by marketing companies to be a «

fructose (as opposed to sucrose), and is therefore similar to high
fructose corn syrup.
Thus this post introduces a shocker to most, that what has been touted as
healthy, vegetable oil, is not
healthy as it contains soybean oil which caused more obesity and diabetes
than a diet high in
fructose or coconut oil, at least in mice.
Since wild fruits were much smaller
than today's fruits and thus had a much larger proportion of their volume as skin and seeds, they provided a
healthy source of antioxidants with limited amounts of
fructose.
But how can Halloween be made
healthier rather
than youngsters filling up on goodies loaded with sugar, preservatives, high
fructose corn syrup and dyes?

I definitely wouldn't recommend eating this everyday, but for a special treat on the weekened this was amazing and much
healthier than refined white flour waffles topped with high
fructose corn syrup.

fructose increases have been reported in
healthy volunteers who consumed
fructose loads between 0.5 and 0.75 g / kg34 and in individuals who consumed

Believe it or not, it is actually
healthier for me to consume sweetened junk food with high -
fructose corn syrup
than it is to eat most fruits because I have severe mental disturbances and pseudo-anaphylactic reactions when I consume salicylates.
