I have recently read studies about iron and its role in insulin sensitivity & aging and believe iron levels is a missing link in nutrition science, probably explaining why eastern cultures were OK despite eating carbs, potential harm in
red meat, why women are

red meat is super
healthy, we become no better
than our opposition that is based in bad evidence or average person arguments for that matter.
