I found the first book frustrating because most
of the recipes were quite involved and used ingredients which weren't alway readily available, so I
thought that this book with its Every Day title was going to be an easier
way to cook
healthy after work each day.

healthy ingredients into your diet in a fun and interesting

think you'll really like his style
of cooking.
As much as I would like to
think there are
