do need to be more conscious of eating more and staying

Further more, those I know who breastfed their children are significantly more
healthy and don't get sick near as often as those who have formula fed their
babies.

baby, because they would like minimal interventions and procedures
done during their birth, or because they birth is a normal,
healthy part of life.
Do the best you can with the issues that pop up and remember that everything you're eating is nutrient - dense and

baby, which is the most important thing.
I have found the second one a bit easier, if only because giving birth to a
