Giving up all of the comfort foods you love to go on
a healthy clean diet may seem like going to nutritional jail.

Cleaner blending is an effective way to cater to modern expectations for
healthy diets, but it carries many challenges.
For me one of the hardest things about adopting a totally
clean,
healthy diet was finding the right snacks to eat.
While my primary goal right now is to fight inflammation, the «
diet» is basically a
clean eating or whole food eating plan, focused on
healthy, natural foods while limiting or eliminating processed foods.
Ok, we all know that in order to burn fat like crazy you have to eat a
clean diet and be really active, but usually, in order to stick to a low - calorie,
healthy diet (boring!)
We are slowly changing our entire
diets to
healthy,
clean and mostly vegetarian and this site is a god send.
