Back from a fun fun fun weekend
at Pondicherry with the UrbanLadder team, where I was asked to do one of my salad workshops for their offsite, as a small step to making people
cook and love
healthy food!
I added a small head of broccoli to ours — just steam or boil it tender - crisp
at first because it
cooks more in the casserole and is done perfectly tender after the last 15 minutes in the oven Bit of a
healthy boost — really, you could add any vegetables you like Thanks for the recipe — I found it quick and easy, and my kids loved it!
I'll also be posting recipes of
healthy (ish) food that I
cook at home, and for now, you can check out some recipes I've already posted on the Recipes page.

at home, so I'm not tempted to go out to eat or reach for a box of macaroni and cheese.
Now you can
cook an easy,
healthy meal
at home and not have to eat out to get good fish.
Crostini, popcorn, cake, hummus — I was posting some of my favorite recipes, but I wasn't posting the
healthy meals that I actually
cook when I come home from work
