Cooking Event hosted by The Girlichef and started by Lite Bites as a way to explore
healthy whole grains to boost nutrition in everyday meals.
Cooking Demonstration — Attendees see the chef in action and will learn how to make a
healthy meal in this lively and popular
event.
At the
event, kids from the Anderson Munger Family YMCA — all donning Spider - Man costumes — participated in gardening activities as well as
cooking interactions with Goin to learn about sustainability and the benefits of eating
healthy.
Frequent, sit - down, home -
cooked family meals — with the television off and parents and children engaged in conversation about the day's
events, the food, etc. — are key to developing a
healthy lifestyle....

No exceptions to the strict ban are given even for established donation centers with a
healthy track record such as Ohab Zedek, an Upper West Side Orthodox congregation which has donated freshly
cooked and nutrient rich foods left over from synagogue
events for over ten years.
The expo was a free community
event with health screenings, holistic wellness sessions, children's soccer with the LA Galaxy, yoga classes,
healthy cooking demonstrations and a concert.
I was able to attend the most amazing
event yesterday called Bright Night, a conference for women all about awesomeness,
cooking healthy, taking sensational selfies and crafting just to name a few subjects.
Activities would include but, not limited to; attending community
events, assist with

healthy eating by growing organic vegetables and fruits in the backyard and using the same for
cooking nutritious meals • Reorganized the household inventory system which reduced overall grocery buying costs by 50 % • Singlehandedly managed a particularly large pre-wedding
event (for 100 guests) and handled all details of food preparation and serving
