fat free could be so delicious!And the natural sugars of the bananas make it so sweet that I think I'll cut down on sugar next time!I'm not very experienced in

healthy fats (peanut butter, olives, coconut, raw almond butter, raw nuts and seeds, etc.), and more raw entrees along with steamed vegetables or the occasional roasted vegetable, legume and grain dish.

cooking oil and uniquely high heart -
healthy monounsaturated
fat.

cooking up greens in a good

cooking oil)-- start with 1 Tablespoon and use more if needed.
I browned it, then removed it and
cooked the veggies in the
fat (I know, not
healthy).
I would like to drain the
fat this time around for
healthier reasons and
cook the onions down in a little beef stock, or french onion soup.
