This rendition that I made this
fall is super dreamy and naturally
sweet thanks to the pure maple syrup used on top (which is my latest favorite
healthy topping for oatmeal).
It incorporates
sweet potatoes, apples, onions and sauerkraut for a deliciously hearty yet
healthy fall meal.
Some of my personal favorites are winter squash,
sweet potatoes,
fall apples, pears, and a wide variety of
healthy nutrition packed greens.
Cook a
healthy Halloween dinner with foods like squash, pumpkin, vegetables,
sweet potatoes, walnuts, cranberries and any other
